Opening the 78th Cannes International Film Festival 2025 is ironically the photo call for Mission Impossible – The Final Reckoning. The photo call marks the first look of the day for many stars attending the premiere. Their other look of course being their red-carpet attire. This year Hollywood stars and celebrities brought their A-game in bringing class and sophistication to the opening event of Mission Impossible – The Final Reckoning.

Simon Pegg wearing a Paul & Joe Tuxedo in a seventies-inspired look. The British actor opted for a cream-coloured waistcoat instead of the traditional suit and tie style. Matching the vibe of the French Riveria, accessories such as, diamond brooches from Piccadilly Vaults along with a Susannah Lovis ‘pistol’ necklace to match the movie and Giovanni Raspini rings added depth to his photo call look.

Cannes Photo Call Look: Geraldine Nakache

Geraldine Nakache wearing a floor-length dark blue denim dress at the Caméra d’Or jury press arrival. The dress was simple but elegant and featured defined seams at the sides to give the dress a more sculptured shape and a zip running down the middle. This look was paired with silver rings and white strappy heels.

Greg Tarzan Davis wearing a soft blue tailored suit jacket which undeniably matched the clear water of the French Riviera. Decorated in grey buttons and paired with a white shirt, trousers, and polished black shoes – this look was certainly on theme for Cannes 2025.

Halle Berry wearing a black Chanel tweed suit with sparkles at the Mission Impossible – The Final Reckoning event. Taken from the Pre-Fall 2025 collection, this look perfectly fell within the Cannes dress code and was pretty, elegant, and sophisticated. It’s also the same look that Louisa Jacobson wore at the Pre-Oscars Dinner – you can read more about her look here.

Tramell Tillman wearing a cream Dolce & Gabbana suit. The double-breasted cream-coloured suit just screams Cannes. But as if his sophistication was not enough, he paired the suit with matching loafers and a luxury Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso Art Deco design watch.

Cannes Photo Call Look: Juliette Binoche

Juliette Binoche wearing a fitted butter yellow Jacquemus suit-like jumpsuit at the Mission Impossible – The Final Reckoning arrivals. Aptly opting for a French designer label and adding a little colour to the photo call in a light pastel yellow shade, the look was completely different to her fellow red-carpet peers, but it certainly added a feminine French vibe.
